Return Time Frame

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at earthenpicks@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9920226629. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange in your message.

Returning Items with Gifts/Offers

  • If your item came with a free gift or special offer, please include the gift or offer item with your return.

Liability for Incorrect Returns

  • Earthen Picks is not liable for the return of incorrect products. If a product returned is not ours, or if it has been used, we cannot issue a refund or send the product back.

Self-Shipping Returns

  • When self-shipping returns, ensure items are packed securely. We suggest using a reliable courier service to prevent loss or damage during transit.

Refund Eligibility and Process

  • Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s). Eligible products (unused and in original packaging with tags intact) will be refunded or exchanged for Cee Credits, based on your preference.

  • For payments made via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking, the refund may take 2-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. The overall refund processing time is 7 days after we receive the return request.
